For yoga teachers those who have completed a 200-hour training and are ready to go deeper — into the philosophy, the therapeutics, and the transmission that makes a teacher unforgettable.
Our Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is not an extension of the 200-hour. It is a fundamentally different level of engagement — one that moves from learning the tools to understanding the principles that underlie them, and from competent teaching to genuine transmission.
Where the 200-hour builds your foundation, your vocabulary, your sequencing intelligence, your ability to teach any style. The Advanced YTT asks the deeper questions: Why does this practice work? How does it change people? What does a teacher carry that makes their presence itself an offering?
This training moves into the therapeutic dimensions of yoga, the philosophical traditions that gave rise to the practice, and the personal development that separates a competent teacher from an unforgettable one.
The Advanced 300-hour YTT is where you stop learning about yoga and begin to embody it as a way of seeing the world and serving those in your care.
Our Advanced 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training is built on the Circle Yoga Shala Method, a living practice that honors both tradition and innovation.
We believe yoga should meet you where you are, and our approach reflects that.
This training has empowered professionals from diverse fields to elevate their careers and expand their effectiveness in teaching movement, embodiment, breath, and attention. However you choose to apply it — in the studio, therapeutic settings, or within your own professional practice — you'll gain a lasting framework for transformation that continues to grow with you.
You're tired of the same old sun salutations and feel like your classes have become predictable and repetitive.
Your students keep showing up, but aren't progressing, and you want the skills to guide them more effectively.
You want to move beyond memorized sequences and learn how to create classes that flow naturally from human development, functional movement patterns, and embodied principles.
You feel torn between a purely mechanical focus and an energetic focus — and you want to learn how to integrate both with confidence.
You see a wide variety of needs in your classes and want to know how to address them all without leaving any students behind.
You're giving the right cues, but your students aren't following along, and you want to learn how to be more precise with your teaching.
If any of this resonates, the Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to fill those gaps and help you become the teacher and practitioner you've been waiting to be. Book a discovery call to join the next training.
Still finding your voice as a teacher?
If you've completed a 200-Hour YTT but don't quite feel ready to step confidently in front of a class, you're not alone. That's exactly what our Foundational 200-Hour Training is designed for. Once you feel steady in that role, this Advanced 300-Hour Training will be here to help you go even deeper.
Our Advanced 300-hour training doesn't just add more poses to your toolkit — it reshapes the way you see, respond to, and guide your students.

There are 3 books that you'll need to read during the training. 1) "Move Your DNA" by Katy Bowman before the first intensive. 2) "Yoga and Ayurveda" by David Frawley before the second intensive. 3) “Flow” by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi before the fourth intensive.

Circle Yoga Shala graduates can earn CEUs by auditing the program tuition-free. While auditing, graduates can participate in all activities as quiet observers. We ask that returning teachers don't interfere with the learning process of the group. Prior approval is required from the hosting studio and the lead trainer.
